- Includes typically 4-6 New York steaks, 4-6 Rib steaks, 4-6 Tenderloin/Filets Mignon, 4-6 Sirloin steaks, 4-6 Sirloin Tip steaks, 2 Chuck roasts, 2-4 of Arm, Top or Bottom Round, or Eye of Round roasts, 1 half Brisket, 1 half Flank steak, 1 Skirt steak, 2-3 cube steaks, Stew meat, and 1 lb. packages of Ground Beef. Please note that the packages may vary slightly, as the butcher does everything they can to maximize the value for you, but if they aren’t able to maximize we add more of another cut to make up for it.
